Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our site, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at infoaveryandbruna@gmail.com

 

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order here.

 

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
A: It depends on the product. Some items are final sale (clearly marked on the product page). For returnable items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at infoaveryandbruna@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Products

Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Most of our items fit true to size. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

Q: Will items look exactly like the photos?
A: Yes! We aim for accurate photography and descriptions. Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.
