2. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours, as they may already be processed.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but typically range from 7–21 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy depends on the product:

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This will be clearly stated on the product page (e.g. “Returns are prohibited for this product”).
For eligible products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
